Return Policy

Our skilled team of jewelers takes great care when assembling each unique piece from high grade materials. When you order items from Weinberger Jewelry you should expect nothing short of excellence. But, unfortunately not everything is under our control, so if under any circumstance there is a problem with an item you have ordered from Weinberger Jewelry, please contact us immediately

Return Procedures


  1. Use the contact form in order to let us know of the problem.
  2. We will then contact YOU with instructions regarding where your returned goods are to be shipped.
  3. All returns must happen within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us as soon as possible that something is wrong with the item, so that you can ensure you exchange or refund is valid.
  4. You will return ship to us via courier. You MUST give us a tracking number for this return.
  5. All refund payments will be made via the same avenue as the initial payment was made. If you paid via credit card, your refund will be applied to the same card number as the initial payment.
  6. It may take up to 7 days (from our receipt of a tracking number) to process return payments.

NOTE: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot afford to ship products twice.

What You Should Know When Returning Goods


When you return goods to us, please be sure to send us the following information:

  1. Your full name, the date that you placed your order, and the date your order was received.
  2. A list of all the products that you are returning for exchange or refund.
  3. A reason as to why you are returning the products (for our own reference).
